Their system made an error and I ended up being charged 140 pounds...for not even staying there!! I sent my booking confirmation, as requested, and they wont reply to my emails ...and wont give my money back!! I wouldnt go to this hotel AT ALL!!!!!!!! The customer service is bloody dreadful!

Horrible, horrible place. Unfriendly staff, and don't expect to get more than a couple of hours sleep in the 18 room dorm. Some people are talking, laughing, watching films on their computers till 3 or 4am. Then comes the chorus of snoring.
