We arrived at the Castro Exclusive Residences at 11pm to find the door locked - not a problem, there was a system in place to allow the door to be remotely opened and our keys were kept in a safe ready for our arrival. Difficult to contact even from Spain. Fares are not clear and change according to convenience. Personnel over the phone behaves in an unpolite and arrogant way. “Spectacular and whimsical hotel near Sagrada Famlia”

The hotel is wonderfully designed from it's full kitchen ,living room, and bedrooms with balcony.Huge flat screen TV. Even had a washing machine and dryer! Have to agree with other reviews, the descriptions for castro exclusive apartments are misleading, misselling and frankly a con. The photo's of the lovely spa and facilities are there to fool you! the apartments do NOT have a pool or restaurant!! this should be reported to trading standards. What they are showing you is a health club next door, worse... More
