This is a big business convention style hotel which is looking old and worn out. People were good but facilities all tired. Hotel is also a way out of town so always need to get transport to do anything. I would not do this one as a tourist again though nothing fundamentally wrong just tired and non memorable.

I go to Barcelona twice a year and this is the second time going there due to a wedding convention. But what a great hotel. Food was excellent and service impeccable. It's a bit further away from downtown but there's a subway station 5 minutes walk away so was never a problem.

Stayed here for three nights at a conference in October. The rooms were well appointed and clean. The staff were very attentive if somewhat impersonal. The wifi was a bit patchy and might be improved. Some distance from the centre but I was there on business.

Love this hotel, stayed here with my husband. Room fab, had a view of Barcelona football stadium. Pool during the day wa fab & had a view treats in the spa which was pure luxury! Stayed here on business but wish to return for pleasure so I can spend more time in the spa and to enjoy the hotel amenities and see more of Barcelona. Rooms are fabulous with the most gorgeous deep bath that's hard to stay awake in.

Stayed here for one night for the opening of the U2 concert. Upon arrival was told our room was unavailable so were upgraded to a junior suite!!! The room was absolutely gorgeous. Room srvice at 11 o clock at night was fabulous and the food lovely. Would definatly go back

We stayed here for a night whilst visiting Barcelona for our anniversary ! The hotel is lovely and in a fantastic location however the breakfast in the morning was terrible , the hot selection if food was cold and massively poor for a 5* hotel. Reception staff were fantastic and the hotel was set in beautiful grounds!
