Nice entry hall, pleasant and efficient multi-lingual reception staff. Good sized room, spot-less clean carpet and tiled bathroom/kitchenette area. Apart from the excellent location,the hotel lounge was v.good,where my mom cld spend hrs having coffee,enjoying the view of the ramblas street,and we cld go shopping without having to worry aboout her.The staff at reception desk were good and helpful.

Stayed here for 3 nights no WI/FI self contained room in old section of hotel location good walk out the lobby onto la ramblas clean but old room staff not very helpful could have been better average to say the least.
