We stayed two nights prior to a Med Cruise. We had directions from Marcelo and gave the Google map to Taxi driver, 29 Euro from airport. Phoned Marcelo from outside B&B and he was there in minutes. Olivier's hosting was over-the-top. It was like staying with family: relaxing and casual. The room was clean, attractive, relatively quiet and the bed quite comfortable. Top notch boutique facilities, extremely genuine and hospitable hosts, impeccable design, perfect location ... there's nothing better in Barcelona than Casa de Marcelo! Much preferable to the mainstream hotel where my friends stayed nearby ... superior breakfast, service, and overall decor.
