the location is ok, 5 minutes to the metro station. one bath room of the 4 beds suite which we took was very small. The pressure of shower was low. The towel had a dirt when we checked in. The staff double charged the room expense by her mistake but blamed on us. Very disappointed experience!

We have stayed for 10 days with my Wife and 2 children (3 and 0,5 years old) in the beginning of March 2013. Perfect position in 10-15 minutes from Zoo, Catalonia sqr, Paseo de gracia etc. Friendly staff, silent place, clean and modern rooms. Everything was fine. Thanx a lot for our comfort holidays. 8-)

Fantastic Apartment , lovely and clean . Location brilliant and staff so helpfull . would recommend to friends and when we next go back to Barcelona will definatly stay there again. nice little bars and restaurants very close by so you can get around on foot .

Apartments casp 74 has a good locatıon,about 5 minutes to center of the cıty by walkıng.Room ıs bıg,very comfortable,but one of the room ıs very cold.Stuff very very lovely,helpfull.Prıce ıs very accaptable.sleep qualıty,cleanlıness enough.pay attantıon to room servıce,because sometımes forgat somethıng for example forgot to door open !!!
