We stayed here from april 17 til 21 2013 on the top floor with a nice sun terrace. The location is good, near the harbor, walking distance to Ramblas (in case you want to waste time there), subway (yellow line) and nice shops and restaurants (walk out the front door, cross the street, and keep walking straight forward). The managing... More

the apartments are really nice, huge and kindly decorated. Central located with everything you need at your disposition. Apartments are not really for family with babies under 3 years as per the stairs are difficult to climb and narrow. The duplex one is really great and fantastic, the standard are ok and Penthouse is really a great option in summer... More

Communication with Anna was professional and prompt, apt location was good with many restaurants nearby and 2 subway stops within walkinig distance. But there were a few hiccups: We stayed at Barral room (5th floor), which was wonderful. It was spacious and nicely decorated. Being on a higher floor also meant it was quieter. Washer + dryer, kitchenwith large fridge,... More

A wonderful find. We stayed in the Josep Pla appartment on the 2nd floor for 2 nights in October. Beautiful appartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.Very clean and well equiped. Excellent location within walking distance of Las Ramblas, Barri Gotic and the port. Lots of nice little restaurants and bars close by. The staff were very helpful and friendly.... More

We booked a few days away, last minute and stumbled upon these apartments. What a find! We stayed in Merce Rodoreda apartment on the 3rd floor which has been sympathetically restored keeping the original features. It is truly amazing what you can fit into a small space! It was perfect for our 3 day stay - location great - Cafe/... More

I stayed on the 5th floor during my last week after 3 yrs living in Barcelona. It was had modern amenities yet Catalan character, bright, comfortable & fantastic location central to Port Vell, Barri Gotic, El Born, Barcelonetta beaches. The little deck was lovely & looked out over the plaza. I took my little dog & they didn't charge me... More

We stayed in the penthouse apartment in March this year and it was great! Modern and the roof terrace gives a great view over the port. Gothic area, port and beach are all in walking distance. Only point of critic; we stayd 5 days and they did not change the towels. We had to wash them ourselves. There is a... More

This is my first time renting an apartment abroad and it went very well. Our emails with questions were responded to in English. Great to have the space (but yes the kitchen and laundry are tiny). Bring your own soap for laundry and dishwasher. Basic set of dishes, but no staples such as spices. A very good place for couples... More

We stayed in the Brossa flat and really liked it. Check-in was friendly and check out unfussy. We were only there for 3 nights end of December 2011 and appreciated the freedom of having our own kitchenette and much more space than if we'd booked in a hotel. There is a lovely terrace that we enjoyed despite the season so... More

This was a perfect place for us during the second leg of our trip. We had a fridge for leftovers and drinks of our own, a washer dryer for some much needed laundry, and a lovely apartment to be comfortable in. The bedroom is a little quirky (my boyfriend is threatening to have lighting installed under the bed now, too)... More
