“Worst customer service in the world”

No hot water as Soon as I checked in after a long flight! Spoke to the night manager who clearly needed a lesson in good manners and customer service!! Not helpful at all never staying here again nor would I ever recommend this hotel to even my worst enemy!!

It should be noted that the office where you pick up the keys is not on-site, something that our hotels.com booking neglected to tell us.
