Checked in great location, initially friendly staff. A typical 3 star hotel on the surface and happy with what we saw.....until the first night when discovered bed had a broken leg...fell backwards and hit head on wall pretty much like a see saw. Called night staff they tried to fix but agreed it was broken as leg could not screw... More

We stayed at this hotel after a cruise for 1 night (wish we could have stayed longer) and we were very pleased with the location and service. It is in walking distance to everything and the staff is very helpful and nice. Not a bustling hotel but a nice quiet place to stay. The room was nice and clean with... More

Hotel was very well presented and in an area with nice local Spanish restaurants and close to the metro. Huge double bed and fabulous shower area. Only downsides were wifi was so weak we couldn't use it at all, and the bathrooms all seem to be connected so it sounded often like someone was using our shower! Other than bathroom... More

We chose the Port for our 3 nights weekend trip. The location is just great, less than 5 mins to La Rambla (which we tried to avoid actually, way too touristic) and just a little bit more to Gotic and Santa Maria del Mar church in Born. The street is very quiet, we slept with open windows and woke up... More

We stayed at this hotel from monday to thursday, and I have to say its in a great location on a quiet side street very close to La Rambla the Gothic qtr and the Port. Its well appointed and comfy and the staff are very pleasant and helpful, we asked for a restaurant recommendation and were given one La Fonda... More

As a regular visitor to Barcelona (2 or 3 times a year) I know what I am looking for. This hotel fits the bill. Great location if like us you like the Gothic Quarter as you are in the middle of it all. Rooms are ice, well appointed. As we were travelling in February the pool wasn't an option but... More

Overall , we were impressed by the location and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel is very modern and clean and did I mention the excellent location ??? The only things that let this hotel down, in our opinion, are the finer details, such as grout in the bathroom, rusty radiator in the bathroom, no proper air extraction in... More

Just wanted to echo what other recent reviewers have said - this hotel was a great trip advisor find. For our two night stay. Located in easy walking distance of Las Ramblas and the Gothic Quater, as well as the port area, but out of it enough to be quiet at night. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful,... More
