The location is walking distance to everything in Segovia. We had rooms overlooking the plaza which were lovely with great views. We were off-season, so the noise was minimal, except for Friday night when things get more lively. The windows shut out some but not all the noise. This is a very very nice hotel. The plaza location was perfect and Yes, the noise on the street can be heard late in the evening/ early morning hours. But that's Spain overall, in my opinion. Segovia is lovely and we'd stay here

I stayed here with my husband earlier this year and we were very impressed by the service we received, especially at the front desk and in the restaurant. We had an attic room that was charmingly decorated, surprisingly spacious, and very clean. The location was very handy and conducive to walking around the town.

Although right on the Plaza Mayor, this hotel needs remodeling. While it is true that the hotel is charming and has a great location, our room and bathroom were very tiny and not very clean.
