Small room (considering it's a 18th century building) but very well organized. Great location, the owner is very kind and helpful.

We enjoyed the location close to the vast Sardinero beach. The friendly staff, cute breakfast, free wifi and good connection (4 bus lines, 10min to the centre) and a very good value for money made this a place we would happily repeat to visit. Be aware there is no elevator so pack light.
This hotel has great location. Yards from the beach but within easy reach of town. The place is quirky but inviting with lots of paintings on the Walls of the hall as you go to hour room. It is authentically Spanish throughout. Breakfast is fairly lavish and is typical of Northern Spain ( lots of cakes!). The staff are extremely...

It's a cozy hotel, but I will not come back.
1.- Our room had a 1,80m long bed that no new hotel uses nowadays. Feet hanging over the bed is OK for a stay at some relatives', not a hotel.
2.- My boyfriend almost opened up a hole on his head with the lamp, which has hanging lower than 1,83m....

Positives.
Excellent location just a two minute walk from the beach. There is also a bus stop very close which runs regular buses into the town centre (or about 45-60 minute walk)
Breakfast was lovely, a lot more choice than other hotels.
The owner was very friendly, with good English
It is a converted hourse, which has quirky furnishings

You can't get any closer to Santander's beautiful beaches than this hotel! The rooms are lovely and the staff is friendly and very accommodating!
the main criticism about my room is the dimension, so small. the toilet is uncomfortable, it is difficult to see themselves in the mirror. the room is supposed to be for 2 adults and 2 children but there is not even a desk to work on.
there is a window in the toilet.
apparently the reception is open only in...

This is listed as a hotel but in America we call them B&B's. This is a former mansion from the turn of the century. It did a remodel last year or so I'm told. The rooms are amazing. With a total of three floors and one room on the third floor has a second room on the fourth floor. Rooms...

Las Brisas is a charming, rather old-fahioned hotel with dedicated staff. The owner and staff work hard to ensure that guests are happy. I would not recommend this hotel to people who are unable to walk up stairs.
this hotel has a recommend in the michelin 2007 which is a mystery to me. our room was small with an electric socket hanging from the wall showing bare wires.the room safe did not work and I had to pay a 20euro deposit for a key.our stay was for 2 nights. On the second night I was asked to settle...
