HOTEL:clean,nice ocean views,great people,good restaurant,perfect location AREA:majestic,extremely safe(even for a woman walking alone at night),art everywhere,so clean,great quality of food&wine(prices so low for the quality). This hotel is more suited to the business traveller as there are no comfortable holiday areas inside, i.e. no comfortable sitting area downstairs or in bedrooms, the cafeteria is all "hard" seating. Small rooms, OK food, dodgy elevator and poor sound insulation. Why stay at all? It's across the road from the beach. If you're in Santander for any other reason however, I'd recommend to look elsewhere...i.e. a place more suited to the business traveler.
