We stayed for a week at La Trebede just after the new owners had taken over. Our room was at the top of the house (we had a choice of all the rooms since no one else was staying there) and had a fabulous view over the Picos. The room was spacious- though some others are not. We stumbled upon Posada La Trebede whilst planning a trip to Picos de Europa, and intended to stay only 2 nights before moving on. We ended up staying 12. We found out about Posadas de Cantabria during a recent walking holiday in the fabulous Picos mountains. This was the first we visited and a real family favourite.
