Stayed in this hotel through travel desk. Advertised as 4 star. This hotel would struggle to make 3 star. The hotel was clean but impersonal,Food was plentifull but choice was of cheaper variety. No nightly entertainment and most recreation past times not operating.

We book one trip to Tenerife and we buy it online. the email address to book the hotel didn't work and i called to Spain to the hotel an Nuria from reservation department was really receptive and helpful. She really help us with all question we got for her, she is an extraordinary lady. Thank you again Ms. Nuria.

Stayed with my wife for a week. Rooms are nice, cleaned every day. Food was plenty and varied. I think everybody can find something for their taste. The hotel is in a very good location, very well connected to everything (beach very close, Loro Park very close, market/shops/bus station/church close) and still is very quiet. This hotel was very nice. My partner and I were at this hotel earlier this month. Although it was not what we expected we had a great holiday. This hotel is for over 65's. We got an excellent deal with alpharooms for full board, were given a choice of wines/soft drinks with all meals though our voucher stated not.
