Honestly, rating this hotel as 3 stars definitely leads to make a mistake by the prospective traveller: The hotel can hardly be classed as 1 star: - we've stayed during "low season", during Xmas and New Year. Hardly the peak summer season. Towels changed every two days. - hot water supplied via a heater (note: not even a boiler) located... More

Very good situated, no steps to get down to the very center and the pedestrians paradise. A heavy-trafic street from entry (facing north and sea)Be sure to pack in ear-plugs. Had a room facing south to the mountains with Teide and that was lovely in the evenings at the balcony. This was november and the sun daytime was very nice.... More
