Booked this nice studio apartment close to the beach at Canteras beach. We hired a car for the week from Autoreisen. Great for seeing the island! Just a word of warning, if you are not a confident driver, navigating the narrow side streets, especially when trying to find parking is a nightmare. We hired a Seat Ibiza and it barely fits between the parked cars. You can drive around for ages trying to find parking. Car parks cost around 15€ for overnight parking. Many of the car parks have a ‘capped’ tariff. I have discovered free parking at the Auditorium at the far end of Canteras beach, but we are yet to investigate. It says it is a 20 min walk to our apartment along the promenade.

Nicely located in the thick of the action just 30 seconds from the beach. Good value for money, no thrills but tidy and functional accommodation with very and helpful management. A 20 minute walk from the surf-central along the beautiful prominade but that offers a good warm-up and cool down after each session.

They woke us up a couple of mornings against our will. When I'm on holidays I expect to relax and sleep as much as I want... But it wasn't possible because the service kept ringing at the door until we opened the door. That's unacceptable! For the rest, it was quite an old place, every door creeked, there was sand in every corner and even in the beds! It was a completely awful experience.

We stayed here for one week (app 1D). It's only few steps to the beach, and still cheap. MS Tuire was really nice and helpful. She even let the key of appartment in nearby bar, cause we came late for check-in. I was just missing the window, while i was in app. (it's only in Studios for couples that way, i think) ..if you're outside a lot, it's not such a problem, only in the morning, cause you don't know, when the day starts :)

We live 9 days in Las Palmas just near Las Canteras and in the middle of it (about 5 km long boulevard) . The apartment was clean and the roof terrace (Room 6A) was nice plus for the holiday. The soul of the apartment MS Tuire take good care of us and the heart MR David was helpful in every situation. In weekend it was a bit noisy, cause there were a disco (?) just opposite the apartment.
