Basic but clean accommodation, friendly staff, nice little lounge with free wifi, unbeatable location. Street noise may be a problem for some, but fairly average for a Spanish city center.

Our room was spacious and cozy and the central location meant we could walk to everything we wanted to do in the Palma Old Town. Sorry, but in every respect unpleasant staff is more concerned with ebay on their computers than anything else. Room was okay but quite tiny due to lots of fake plant rubbish and other useless stuff. Redocaration noise started early in the morning. There must be better places than this, surely not recommended!

great location at reasonable rates. in the center of palma. transport is 10 meters from the front door. no problem to get to the beach, go out to eat a nice dinner, cocktails..... friendly welsh staff is actually speaking english!!!!!
