Very conveniently located right next to the main bus station. Easy walking distance from many restaurants, shops and public squares, as well as a very pleasant park where you will find many locals and tourists walking, roller-blading and practicing Tai-Chi!! Good location, helpful reception staff but rooms (did change the room) felt a bit clinical, cold and empty. Bar was always closed and breakfast wasn’t good. Just felt more like a serviced apartments rather a hotel probably because it has a strange layout. Probably will not stay again....

The rooms overlook the most traffic ridden road in Palma. Take ear-plugs to keep the noise at bay. Superficially this hotel is chic but it isn't really.
