We stayed here from 7th-14th September.Found the hotel reception and outside areas very clean.Our room was small, also the bathroom. Thought our room could have been cleaned more thoroughly, as dust under bed and found tennis ball below cabinet.Also balcony floor didn't seem to have had cleaning done on it. what a fantastic complex upgeaded from all inclusive to gold all inclusive for branded spirits and cider and bigger choice of ice creams etc. still had to pay half price for bottles of smirnoff ice and wkd dont know what you would have to upgrade to to get that maybe diamond or something all in all fantastic place great hard... Good hotel however if you want a sun bed you must be up before 9am when they un lock the sun beds and with everyone with chairs around the edge of the pool can be a bit annoying. This is the 2nd time i have stayed at this hotel and again it was fantastic,Rooms lovely and clean,food very good and entertainment is brill, kids club thouroughly recomended my 8 year old and her 7 yr old friend had a ball.
