I spent a night there in january. The room with two beds was very small and really noisy at night. The sheets (like all the place) smell stale tobacco. It was awful. I paid 40 euros for that during the low season which is quite expensive compared to the others pensions.

This is one of the cheaper pensions in town but it is one of the better ones in that price range. The 2 bathrooms were cleaned multiple times a day. Most / all? rooms have a balcony overlooking the street which is lots of fun. True, your room will not cleaned while you are staying there. Therefore, you should negotiate... More

Describe the service I experienced? None. I chose this hostel as it was supposedly run by an australian and i was a little homesick. The occasional time i found ANY staff, there was one woman who was clearly also the cleaner. The room was cute, a double bed to myself in my own room, and the location is beautiful and... More

Pension Aussie is great for the budget traveller! Admittedly it's been nearly 2 years since I was there, but so long as it hasn't changed dramatically, it's a good place to stay. Very basic, but cheap and with friendly, helpful owners. And it's right in the old centre, an easy walk to the beach and surrounded by great tapas bars!
