The apartment is well decorated, stylisch and comfortable. But the cleanless was our problem. The floor was not clean, everywhere hairs and blood (!), also blood on the pillow and even hairs in the (fresh made up) bed. Even the toilet was brown under the seat, the showerdrain was dirty and the crocery was not cleaned. After complaining the cleaner... More

This guest has been , by far, the most difficult person in the world to accomodate. He was obviously, from the beginnig, avoiding to pay the bill or claiming for a discount, as he was obviously travelling above his budget, and he had no repairs in playing a bit of drama .
