Nice hotel one block from a beach. Rooms roadside (main) can be noisy whereas rooms on resident roadside are more quite at night time. Breakfasts are generous , beds are comfortable and staff helpful. Room service was of a good standard. We would stay there again.

Spent three nights here and was very pleased. The staff were very helpful - not all spoke English but we were able to communicate! The rooms, while perhaps small by US standards, were very well appointed, comfortable, and clean. It is just a short walk to the beach area so save some money over those "beach-front" hotels and stay here!... More

We booked a suite at this hotel and were very happy with all aspects. Good size, smart and clean. Bathroom a little dated but still clean. Location is great for the beach but a bit far from the main town. Would definitely stay there again.

Well the good points, big room for a triple, hot shower, decent bath. The staff is professional and responsive. A good rate for San Sebastian. Finding the hotel was not difficult. Parking around the back of the hotel in a closed garage area was simple. Our room was clean, comfortable, and small. The location of the hotel is not ideal. I've stayed for 3 nights in late September. Big, clean room with big bathroom. Good breakfast but the breakfast salon is a bit bleak (no natural light). Staff is helpful and professional but they lack a bit of charm. There is a nice bar. The hotel is close to the beach but not so close to the city center though... More

The staff here are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is away from the city centre however it is only a 5 min walk from the beach. There are buses directly outside the hotel which will take you to the city centre in 15min.
