Horrible service and lying about giving solutions. They absolutely don't care for their guests... They Just say something to stop you from complaining. Internet is or non existent or extremely slow. They give you new passwords every time that don't work or that crapy system asks for it every 5 minutes. Not able to Skype or even check your e-mail.... More

Excellent position, just next to the city centre and to the Guggenheim Museum. Good price/quality ratio. The hotel has the look of a big business hotel, nothing special. Rooms (at least mine) are quite small. Good choice if you don't want to spend a lot of money to stay in Bilbao.

Really perfect location along the river - 5 mins walking towards the Guggenheim Museum and not even 10mins into the Old Town. Perfect! Rooms: Small... Old... but clean. Breakfast: Good choice and good quality, unfortunately in a "canteen" atmosphere Service: Moody, lazy, not helpful! What a shame!

Once you've found the hotel you realise what a great location it is. Just opposite the river and a short stroll away from the wonderful Guggenheim. Staff friendly and helpful.
