The welcome is good with Concierge Service, Valet Parking and a smiling, multilingual, reception. A very well located hotel,within easy walking distance of the downtown,the old town and the Guggenheim museum,all just minutes away. These premises are rated 5 star S L H but im afraid they do not come close .Staff , location etc are fine but be aware it is at best 3 star. Breakfast also expensive as is wi-fi.
