Lovely older hotel with well-provisioned rooms. Common areas a bit dated, but interesting to stroll. Rooms comfy and airy. Center of town, and 10 min. walk to the Guggenheim--which is why you are there.

The location close to the Guggenheim, and the very spacious rooms are the best features of this hotel. The large room (Room No 222) was spacious, comfortable and efficient. It was very convenient and cost effective to take the bus for less than 2 euros directly from the airport to the Plaza Moyua where the hotel is located. The rooms were fairly priced and spacious. Booked trip on Expedia, given a room facing an inside wall. No robes provided in the room. I wish that we had requested to see the room before taking it. Bilbao is a great place to visit and we had the treat of seeing an interesting processional the day before Easter.

We stayed here a couple of days during a city trip. The location is ideal for sightseeing and every important place to visit is in walking distance. The hotel itself is well equipped, big rooms, business center with PC, printer. The breakfast has everything someone needs in the morning, but the price (20€) is at the high end.

This is a great hotel with an excellent service in a perfect location. A classic in Bilbao. The location can hardly be better, in the best street in Bilbao, with lots of shops and restaurants around and at a walking distance to the old town, Guggenheim, etc.
