We were there in February 2013, paid 48€/night per room breakfast included. Excellent price/quality ratio, the room was big and the bed huge (for Spanish standard). 15 minutes walking to the historic center, 2 minutes walking to the Complejo Calatrava. I made the reservation directly with the hotel and I got a discount on the parking space (I paid 1€/day).
