Hotel had very few staff and no obvious manager. Restaurant, bar, roof terrace and swimming pool area were all unmanned at all ours of the day. Missed opportunities as they could have offered drinks round the pool and made money. One particukar beakfast waiter was eslecialky rude, shouting at guests and very abrupt, also kelt moaning about how hot he... More

When I write "ultra-modern," there is an edge of sarcasm. Sometimes a hotel can be too modern as when it tries out certain kinds of sinks or has sheets of glass that are supposed to provide a separation between the bedroom and the bathroom, but which serve mostly as a dangerous barrier at night. That said, rooms at the Fontecruz... More

We stayed last weekend for a long weekend treat away from the cold and rain of the UK, Thursday to Sunday. We certainly found the heat, with each day near 40 degrees. As other reviewers rightly say, fantastic location within a minute to the main square, cathedral and Giralda....with views of these from the roof terrace, close enough to touch.... More

We were with a friend of mine for three nights and we had a great time. The stuff was super nice. They gave us great advices about places to go, restaurants and flamenco shows. They were right on their opinions cause we tried to go to a place called la Carbonera which sounded fun but was as they said not... More

We had really mixed feelings about this hotel... It's position in Sevilla would be described as "exceptional", it's terrace on the roof fantastic, the design really nice.... BUT..... THE NOISE !!!!!!!!! First night we where in room 102... To avoid by all means : stuck between the reception and the street, we simply couldn't sleep at all... Asked to change... More

After staying in a very, very small apartment in Madrid, this place was luxurious. It is in a great location, just down one of the small side streets from the Cathedral. The hardest part was finding the hotel - the cab dropped us off on the main street and we wandered around on the small side streets for a few... More

We really enjoyed our visit to Seville. The streets and architecture were absolutely charming. Here are a few things about this hotel: 1. The hotel layout has a modern, open feel to it 2. The location was convenient for us and we felt safe walking around by ourselves 3. It was close to a few historical sites and very close... More

The location is fantastic and the views from the rooftop terrace of the Giralda Tower are great. And while the place looks fabulous in terms of design, there are some critical faults. For example, there's a rainfall shower head that you can't adjust, and it sprays outside the shower. The shower is dangerously slippery inside and grab bars are not... More

Sevilla is a gutsy, absolutely beautiful city boasting a noticeably unique character, a boldness, manifested in its flamboyant architecture and its powerfully endearing every-day: attractive locals, orange trees, flamenco, the vivid colours of its bullring, late nights, scorching climate and the simple antidote of its beer. It is an absolute must, as much for the experience as for the sights.... More
