The Living Roof is a nice hostel for a few days. The downstairs lounge is basic with a cluster of couches to laze around on. They have a basic breakfast for you every morning. The staff are friendly and helpful. The dorm rooms are basic with small lockers to keep your valuables in, but not your backpack depending on how... More

Clean, friendly, quiet and peaceful. What more could you ask from a buget hostel. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, helpful and understanding. All the facilities were kept in a clean pristine condition. Any critisisms? Only one. they could do with a TV lounge for guests to relax without either being in the city or on the roof top terrace.... More

This place has won a few awards from Hostel Bookers and Trip Advisor but I can't really see why. It's a nice place to stay with decent facilities but it's nothing special. The roof garden is a bit underwhelming after all the hype they give it and other than that there isn't a particularly great common area.  There was 2... More

This is a great place to stay in Seville. The location is amazing for exploring the city. It is very clean and, despite their appearance, the beds are pretty comfortable. Everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful, even though my Spanish is poor at best. They were extremely helpful when my debit card was stolen. The number I had... More

Great hostel! I stayed in a 4-bed dorm with bathroom and thought it was perfect. The building has a great atmosphere (the terrace rocks!!!) and is very well located for sightseeing in Seville, being on a quiet side street but very close to the Cathedral, the Alcazar and the riverside. I didn't take any public transportation during my 3 days... More

Ok, this was my first hostel ever. The friend I was with however, has a lot of hostel experience (especially with bad ones she encountered in Mexico). I was so lucky with The Living Roof Hostel! It was exceptionally clean, very well-organised and comfy. The kitchen was huge and very new, we were standing in it and we declared that... More

This is a great hostel. Easy to get there from airport with public transport. Very near to cathedral and tourist areas, but in a quiet area. Staff answers all your questions, gives honest advice and are easy to talk to (they speak good english). 24h reception, so you can go out and come back when you want. Reception, common room... More

The Living Roof is a nice hostel, well taken care of. Common area on the ground floor, kitchen on the first floor (doesn't seem to get much use) and a bar on the roof. Bar is open in the evenings and seems to get business from the locals as well. Gorgeous view of of the Cathedral from the roof. Bunks... More

For sensitive sleepers--bring an eye pillow and ear plugs and you will have a perfect stay. We were located in a four-bed room with a bathroom. The courtyard light was just outside our window, and there were only sheer shades, so that once the lights were off the room was very bright. Also, the rooms are IMMACUATELY clean, but with... More

Very central, clean hostel with an incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Amazing terrace on the roof for meeting fellow travellers and relaxing at the bar or on the cozy pillows after a day of sight seeing, walking around and going out..
