The hotel is a leisurely 15 minute walk from the city centre with many restaurants, cafes and convenience stores nearby. The room was of a simple modern style and was clean. The bed was firm but comfortable. The bathroom was quite adequate for our needs. Buffet breakfast provided both hot and cold foods with an adequate range for selection. The... More

Stayed 1 night as part of a group tour. Although the weather was unseasonally warm, management had not turned on the air conditioning. This meant the bar and buffet restaurant were unpleasantly hot and the rooms stuffy. Buffet dinner and breakfast were average. Had to pay to use the safe.

A large hotel with many group bookings. It has all the conveniences, although it's not high on charm. Nevertheless the efficiency and helpfulness of the staff compensated in every way. Upon check-in the desk manager told us that we would have to be at the Alhambra by 7:30 if we wanted to see it, since we didn't have prior bookings,... More

Stay at this hotel 1 night on the April 1. Level 1/ 116 The hotel is closed to the city center same as other shopping districts, surrounding by lot of small streets and there're many restaurants and cafes same as "supermercat". It's a good location. Room is modern and clean, buffet breakfast provided both hot and cold foods with many... More

We stayed with our group of 28 people. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the city center. There are a lot of restaurants and shops in the narrow city streets. A lot of families out walking in the neighborhood for the holiday. The rooms were spacious and clean. Some of the rooms needed minor repairs...ie light bulb... More

Stayed here only one night (thank goodness) on our way to Valencia. The lobby is small and the reception area even smaller. The rooms are nice enough and on the small side, but comfortable. We do not require plush accomodations, but a good bed and quiet surroundings are high on our list of must haves. The beds were okay. The... More

Does not worth 170€ a night!! Not well maintened and mostly the receptionists are not kind as they are supposed to be!!! They never say hello or see you later... And if you ask them something like a restaurant or a kebab shop, as i did, the answer will be: just in front of you, or, just 50 mt far... More

Firstly, this is NOT a 4* hotel. When was it last inspected I wonder ? We arrived around lunch time on a Saturday to the strains of 'Viva Espana' being played and sung in the restaurant. The coaches outside indicated that this was a 'package tour' hotel. The comings and goings over the week-end made it seem like a train... More

Granada is a city that everyone visiting Spain should consider. Not only is the Alhambra there, but the city boasts unique Arab influence, and its architecture is splendid. The hotel is well situated and is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent and is included.

My sister and I have been here one night (609 room). The room is a bit date, but very clean and quiet. No complaints. Staff is very very friendly and helpfull. Located in city center 10m to old town, cathedral, and 15 -20 m to Alhambra. Highly recommended if you are a family. One thing: Hairdryer didn't works
