Hotel itself is not bad, we had a room for two, beds were OK, Table, TV, small fridge (small enough), only the wardrobe was a bit small for November - more clothes were necessary in 4 degrees. We were instructed this was a 4 star hotel by Thomas Cook but we strongly disagree. We stayed for five nights. There is no bar, no meals after buffet breakfast. The rooms were quite nice. The staff don't speak much English. If you don't know any or if you have no Spanish-speaking tour guide you are going to struggle. Otherwise, the staff were very helpful.
