While my short journey to Spain where i was staying each night at a new hotel this one was the most amazing and memorable. It is built in the old-arabian style and after the visit to Alhamra comming in the hotel was a pure magic. Our room was decorated also pretty nicely and we were pretty much content with the... More

When we booked through their website our confirmation said 'breakfast and VAT included'. When we checked out they said this was a mistake (even though we had it in writing) and tried to make us pay 17 Eur per day for 2 people for 8 days. We hadn't even eaten breakfast every day (and one night we spent with friends... More

We paid a very high price to stay at this hotel as it was billed as a "very nice Parador". It was suppose to have the "ambiance" of an old monastery. It didn't. The bottom floor had some of the tiles, look and feel of an older (run down) monastery, but the rooms and floors were decorated in a very... More

Service is really bad at the hotel. Te gentlemen at reception did his utmost to make us feel unwelcome. The quality of the rooms, te hotel and location is not better than a 2 star. frankly, I could have gotten the same quality room for a third of the price.

Some of the reviews talk about ugly and old rooms. Mine was actually newly renovated, comfortable, and with a spotless bathroom. I understand that the hotel is still in the process of being fixed, so if you book, make sure they give you a room in one of the renovated floors. Pretty fast wifi. Uninteresting breakfast, but can do for... More

For those who have been in Iceland, it looks really like the "Hotel Edda" (hotel in a boarding school during the summer vacation) in more expensive and the dirt in addition. In our point of view, a lot too expensive for what you get. We initially booked 2 nights but moved after 1 and found a very nice cosy hotel... More

I spent three days in Granada with my boyfriend and found this hotel randomly as I was searching good reviews for places in Granada. We chose this one because it was quite a bit cheaper than all the other hotels suggested (that didn't look as new/in good shape). The hotel is very well situated, a short walk from de center... More

some of the reviews talk about the bad conditions in the rooms. they must have renovated since then, because at least my room, it was completely modern. the bathroom was all new and very clean. the fixtures were new. not a single hair could be found. i am picky about cleanliness and so i actually look for that. the room...
