...and for the money, you can't complain. The staff is really friendly and helpful, and everything you want to see in Granada is within walking distance. OK, so the rooms are small, but that's what you should expect when booking a hotel in Spain. It's a no frills, functional, clean hotel. What more could you want for under $100/night?

The Anacapri is a block or two away from either of the major streets in Granada. Kathie is one of the most efficient and friendly front desk clerks you will ever find. Both her and Afrika speak very good English and will help with all your questions. I had a ton of them! I also must commend the housekeeper. She... More

We were delighted with the location of Anacapri - it gave us a chance to walk everywhere, and there's a fantastic Italian ice cream shop just a couple blocks away (thanks go out to our taxi driver, Jesus Ferreira for the tip about this!) We checked into room #213, but it was much too tiny for the 2 of us,... More

We stayed here for one night about 10 days ago and really liked it. It is on a pedestrian street, very quiet, but right next to the Albayzin (a few minutes walk to really good North African restaurants). The Cathedral and Royal Chapel are a few minutes walk away. Convenient to get to El Alhambra by taxi or bus. Don't... More

We had four rooms and stayed on the first floor, nice and quite, rooms clean, and beds comfy, all newly painted. Reception staff were attentive and extremely helpful at all times. It is very difficult to find so best call hotel first and ask for the directions to the car park ( follow signs for Hotel Carlos I) then hotel... More

We chose this hotel because it sounded quirky, was well located and priced reasonably. Unfortunately what sounded quirky was actually just quite dated and rough around the edges. We were also placed in a room with no view at all and no natural light. Also, as we were travelling on a romantic break to get away from it all, we... More

Down a few narrow streets, without a tom tom you would be in trouble.Discounted parking 16euros a day, unload first and its a good ten minute walk. Not a big room but its value for money. A few draw backs. Pillows are dreadful, ask for different ones. Do not bother with breakfast at 11 euos each there are coffee houses 2... More

Thank you for your critique on our hotel. We are located just in the city center, and one can find very helpful directions to our hotel on our website. As you mentioned, it is better to arrive at our hotel loading/unloading area in front first to take luggage to your room. Once here, our friendly staff instructs clients on how... More

The staff at this Hotel were the best I've ever encountered. I had a problem with a photo shop near the Alambra. The hotel staff phoned the company on my behalf and successfully negotiated on my behalf. The room was lovely clean. Housekeeping was efficient every day came back to room looked like new. Hotel is next to tapas street,... More

We enjoyed stay at the Anacapri for two main reasons--the very helpful staff and the great location. The person who was most helpful was named Stefanie (I hope I have remembered her name correctly). She went above and beyond the call of duty with all of our questions and requests. She helped us get our Alhambra tickets, instructed us about... More

We loved this hotel in Granada. Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke good English and gave us all the information we needed. A wonderful breakfast buffet was included. Rooms were very good but with no view. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms large with great shower. Location was perfect for walking to every place you wanted to see in Granada.... More
