We were in room 715. Size was good. Mini-fridge in the room as was a safe. Room very quiet. Nice view out the window overlooking part of the city. The view was slightly blocked by a portion of the building. Also, good view of the mountains in the distance. Room was very clean and kept that way during our stay... More

We stayed here on the last night of our stay in Granada, after having stayed up near the Alhambra for two nights for a wedding. This was by far the nicer of the two hotels we stayed in. The hotel is right in the city centre, opposite El Corte Ingles department store, handy for taxis and bus to Granada airport,... More

Great location in Granada, near the centre of town. It's a short walk to the Science museum and that is well worth a look (and is often missed by tourists visiting). The beds were comfortable and rooms made up nicely. My main disapointments came from the fact that the view from the window looked into a courtyard of rusty pipes... More

This is a large, modern style hotel that is located on a main street in the centre of Granada. Our room (416) had obviously been recently renovated. It was spacious and well appointed. The bathroom was huge and there was even a balcony with a table and two chairs. It was a very comfortable but a somewhat sterile place to... More

It is always hard to give an overall rating when there is such disparity between different aspects of your stay. On the plus side, the hotel is very clean, there is everything you would expect in a four star hotel and the service is no worse than in general in Spain. The breakfast deserves special mention as there is a... More

We booked here beacuse they have family rooms. The location is very good - close to everything downtown Granada and well-served by local buses and taxis. A 5-minute cab drive to the Alhambra entry point. The service that we received was actually quite good. I forgot my Kindle in the room on the day we checked out and they went... More

I have just returned from taking my Mother for 4 days in Granada staying at the Hotel Carmen. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and well run. Rooms were spacious, well appointed and modern, bathrooms were excelled and we both had a balcony which had sun for most of the day- with views over the rooftops and to the Sierra... More

I made a booking via booking.com and thought I was getting a good deal at a 4 star hotel! Arrived late after a long day of travel to be told by the reception that my reservation was cancelled because I arrived after 6 PM and it is a long weekend in Spain! I argued that they had my credit card... More

This hotel is next to the center of Granada. You can easily go walking to all the main monuments in Granada. If you want to go to La Alhambra or The caves of Sacromonte it will be like 10 min by taxi. You can also go walking to the old part of the city (Albayzín), it will take like 30... More
