This is a great hotel in a great location, very central. The hotel lobby etc is very new looking, the rooms are a bit older but still have everything you need and it was very clean. Granada is a wonderful place and we had a great time. We were in walking distance to lots of cafe´s and places to eat.... More

We arrived feeling hot and tired and were delighted to see a nice hotel with an impressive lobby. Unfortunately our standard room was old and dark, the one small window let in no light and the dark decor added to the overall feeling of a dated old room. Considering we were in Granada during a heatwave you would never know... More

I amay not be able to be objective about this hotel because I really loved Granada, This city was the 3rd stop on our visit to Spain. I was getting a little travel worn, so it was very nice to have friendly check-in service w/ Senor Joaquin Gomez. He was efficient, polite, and professional. After reading revies on TA, I... More

Hotel is a bit on the older side, but you wouldn't be able to tell by the lobby. The room decor seemed like something out of The Shining for some reason. The walls were paper thin. You could hear your neighbors at all times, including all-night snoring sessions. Staff wasn't all that friendly. Free wifi in the lobby was a... More

Staying for business, this hotel could use a complete refurbishment. Rooms are ample though a bit worn and the scent of years of prior smoking is still very present. Many large groups pass through and service seems adequate. Breakfast is standard hotel fare, though complete with cooked tomatoes, beans, mushrooms and sausages for visiting Brits. WiFi works in the lobby,... More

Right in the heart of the city - a short (flattish) walk to all main areas (bus or taxi needed for Alhanbra). There are public cars parks near by and one immiediately next to hotel for Euro 18 per day. The centre of the city is restricted to taxis and to access to hotels - the signs make it clear... More

This hotel has an excellent location. The property provides a great first impression. Wifi is available and dependable. Rooms are well appointed. Breakfast was expensive and coffee at breakfast was extremely disappointing for a 4 star property in Spain. Unfortunately we had to depart early due to a general strike in Spain that forced a change in travel plans. A/C... More

It´s very well located, restaurants and bars at walking distance. Nice staff, clean rooms, no complaints.

We have stayed in several Melia/Tryp hotels and this has probably been the most disappointing of all. The hotel has a great location for all the major tourist sites and there is a car park next door (€18 per day) The public areas - reception, bar, restaurant are all very pleasant but the rooms and hallways are tired and in... Just spent a very pleasant week in a top floor . No issues at all with the decor up there. The lounge area was not empty as has been reported and the wifi is free, though patchy, in the rooms on that floor. This is primarily a business rather than a tourist hotel and the reception staff show the seriousness... More
