It a super location. We went with friends on a 2 day trip so we didn't spend too much time in the hotel.There is no fitness centre which is a draw back. I would rate this as a 2 star hotel but it was fine for what we were executing. It was expensive for what we got.

Spent one night here on a recent trip to Granada. Great location just off the Gran Via and close to Plaza Nueva. Room was excellent, very clean. Bathroom great as well - spacious shower for Europe. Free wifi in the lobby, staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent deal as well. Would recommend it as a place to stay.

We were quite pleased with this hotel, which is just a block from the cathedral and a few blocks from Plaza Nueva. It's just off two major streets, and the tiny streets around the hotel are packed with restaurants, bars and shops. All the buses we needed were extremely close.
