Clean and comfortable. Good location...but not right in the center of town. Very short walk to shops/restaurants. A bit of a walk to the Alhambra, but it can be done. Nice/helpful staff. No internet, which was a bummer. Good price and value!! Would definitely recommend to others and would stay again.

Just loved this Spa, the have a welcome drinks when you arrive.... The spa is something about 18 euros per person but trust me, is preety good and cheap for teh service. If you participate to a conference at the conference center, this hotel is ideal, as quite close to the city center as well. The spa area is worth a visit (sometimes to reduced rates for hotel guests). The staff is friendly and helpful, especially at the reception. The rooms are rather small but overall ok.

I booked this hotel for my parents' anniversary and therefore had some special requests. The staff was very helpful, and took care of everything I asked them to. My parents loved the room and the location, and were very impressed by the customer service. Highly recommendable!
