The beach is a 5 minute walk away and had a fantastic bar, possibly one of the best beach bars I've drank at. The site had a small shop for essentials/ice cream. It was very quiet, even early in the morning. The pools aren't fab but the location for the beach made up for it More

We have just returned from camping cabopino and like to say pool only open 12pm til 8pm.No entertainment No shop. Office staff very rude and totally unhelpful only happy taking your money.Very noisy.You need a car to get to the supermarket and even the beach a long walk with chairs and ice box.Very expensive not sure why it cost us... We stayed here in july 2011 had a great time, great staff, very helpful, good facilities, nice little bar which does food. The campsite is located a couple of minutes away from the beach, good swimming pools and good location for marbella and surrounding areas, will come back again. konrad. More

A good site for campers and caravaners I'd say but if you are renting a bungalow be aware that they are incredibly basic - little more than garden sheds - and not cheap. Staff are inclined to be cold and curt (whether you speak to them in Spanish or English). More

We spent 2 weeks on this site in early June and were pleasantly suprised. The owners are developing the piches to reduce the problems of slopes and flooding. We were 2 weeks on coast and cabopino is best camping on costa del sol...only problem is they have no supermarket and we were without car so had to go by bus 2 stops to buy some food. anyway everyday there was bakery-car in the morning sellping very good bread and some sweets. my husband and i stayed for two wks we lived nearby for 4yrs but left in 2007 ,marios was always a favourite meeting place and it has,nt changed friendly staff and great food .the campsite was generally clean and tidy no complaints ,we rented privately so cant really comment on staff ,the only minor niggle was that afew umberellas around... Great for walking to the beach, watching the kite surfers, sandy beaches Site quiet at night, friendly campers and staff. Hot showers Clean and tidy site. We only stayed a couple of night but we will be back. A very pleasant surprise. Sue and Gordon More
