Stayed here for 3 nights and was very impressed. From the airport just hop on the express bus "A" (2 euros with plenty of space inside for luggage), get of at last stop and you are there. Within a couple of minutes walk you have the trendy vibrant new port area with a good selection of bars, shops, and restaurants.... More

Just spent very comfortable 3 night stay here. Loved the location at the end of the central park and overlooking the bullring and castle. Ten minute and very lovely stroll through the park, palm and rose gardens to old town centre. 2 minutes from beach and some very good bars and restaurants close to hand. Rooms are very comfortable, intelligently... More

I really loved this hotel, right in the Center of Malaga city! The staff was OK, I thought to work in the hotel industry you would need to speak English, very hard to communicate with them, the girl that worked there was friendly but she could speak pretty good, too bad she wasn't there too much! The price was right... More

We stayed at the Maestranza for 1 night on our way from Granada to Malaga airport and have no complaints at all. The hotel is in a good position near the beach and the Moorish fort and has good sound proofing so there was no traffic noise. A big advantage was the fact that the airport express bus stopped close... More

Just got back from one night in Malaga. The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach but also a 15 minute walk to the Cathedral. As luck would have it, we were there on Easter Sunday, so we were able to see the processions. We also had a room with a view of the bullring and were... More

Visited this hotel in mid Feb for my sister's 50th Birthday celebration. First impressions were good as the reception staff were very friendly and very efficient. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathrooms also. We had rooms with a balcony overlooking the bullring. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is right beside the port with its many restaurants and... More
