We had a difficult time finding the hotel, as our maps and GPS were not cooperating. The hotel staff literally stayed on the phone as we made our way to the hotel, then made multiple maps for other parts of our trip, and let us know when faxes arrived. Everyone was very accommodating and generous of spirit.
