I and my children stayed at The Kempinski for a few nights last Easter. Whilst the hotel is clean, light and airy, the overall ambience and helpfulness of the staff were not what I had expected - cold, distant, uninterested. As I know the weather can be chilly at Easter, I specifically booked this hotel as there is an inside... More

My partner and I stayed for a couple of days at this hotel. The hotel grounds and rooms were spotless and clean, the staff was very friendly & attentive and the breakfast buffet a dream. Although the beach was not very inviting, the pool made up for it. We had dinner at the hotel once and the food was cooked... More

Dear Guests, Thank you very much for your review and your overall good comments on our facilities and services, which I appreciated. In reference to the Spa Manager, I would like to renew my apologies to you as already done in my personal letter to you. The Spa usually ranks very high in the guest satisfaction, so I assure you... We spent 5 nights at the end of a 2 week tour of Andalusia. This was the best hotel we stayed in - great service, excellent food, beautiful gardens. Sea-facing room was well equipped, clean and very comfortable.Breakfast buffet is unbelievable in its variety - a highlight. The fitness area is somewhat limited but reasonably well equipped. Only disadvantage of... More

Dear Guests, Thank you for your excellent comments on your recent stay to Kempinski Hotel Bahía, which I much appreciated. I also appreciate your comment on the location. As we say, the Costa del Sol is for the mobile guests, due to the fact that cities of Marbella and Estepona are stretched over 40 km along the Mediterranean Sea. My... More

The grounds and the room were very beautiful and highly recommended. I mostly want to commend the concierge named Rafael. I have never experienced such a helpful concierge. He had the personal touch and his recommendations and advice for touring were excellent. The restaurants he recommended were probably the best we had our entire trip. He went the extra mile... More

A very expensive Hotel. It doesn't live up to it's reputation. The food in the restaurant was terrible. Twice I ordered chicken and it was raw inside with blood coming out. The beach was full of rocks and when you go for a dip in the sea you cut your feet to pieces on all the sharp stones. If you... More

Great hotel with friendly staff, food was good, too bad the restaurant at the beach wasn't open at night. They were great with kids, good kids club and spacious enough outdoor to enjoy some relaxation.

If this is what resort hotels are like we'll be visiting more. We rarely visit resorts but needed somewhere for an overnight stay that wasn't too far from Gibraltar Airport. Now I wish we'd have booked for longer. Our room was fine and the grounds were beautifully tended but it was the service and staff attitude that really impressed. In... More

We booked a long weekend to get away from the rain in the UK, it rained the whole time we were away too, but that's another story... We arrived quite late on the flight from Stansted and had arranged to hire a car. Unfortunately, the sat nav couldn't find the hotel and the large sign we saw the next morning... More

Great weekend at this lovely resort. The grounds and pools in particular are superbly presented. The staff are very welcoming and service is excellent. There are plenty of food and drink options - however we didn't try dinner opting instead for the tapas bars in old town Marbella (which is over 20kms away - so watch out for the taxi... More
