First of all pros: Good, quite location, small children's play area but that's about it..Cons: Be careful when booking, it looks cheap but if you have children you will be charged extra for per child per night and there is a service charge of 35 Euros per room that will be added to the booking price as well. I´ve stayed at the Ferienhaus located at Ellerbrok 13, Lübeck. It was a nice apartment, except that it was offered as a "Penthouse" (far from it).
