Hotel receptionist very helpful, service in the bar area not so.good selection to choose from at breakfast. Location not to far from the city centre by tram (number one & twelve) tickets available at reception desk.( 8.00 euros family ticket.) We booked a no smoking room, the sign on the door displayed NO SMOKING when we entered the room all... More

If you are traveling by car, I suggest excellent stay in Dresdens Best Western hotel. Not only that the room we stayed at was big (such as 50 sqm, one separate room with door and living room), but the stuff gave really their best to meet our demands. We are family with 3 kids, our oldest had birthday on the... More

Lovely hotel - very helpful staff, good location (if you don't mind catching the tram). We stayed in a room with a separate living area (coffee machine/TV/ipod dock/seating areas) which was very comfortable indeed. The hotel restaurant was so good we ended up going there both evenings of our stay (excellent food). All in all a good choice and we... More

The staff make this hotel a great place to be. I misread the map and I thought this hotel was near the hauptbahnhof but I realized quickly that I was mistaken. It is a good 20-30 minutes by tram in order to get to the hotel. However the staff at the hotel was the best staff we discovered on our... More

Slightly outside the city centre, but within walking distance to two supermarkets which is handy given that some of the rooms have a kitchenette, which makes it easy to do a little food shopping. The rooms have a sitting area which is separate to the bedroom making the rooms more of a mini apartment rather than a conventional hotel room.... More

I was pleasently surprised at the size of the room as I entered. Great value for money. Neat, clean, fantastic location. Very close to downtown Dresden and connect to the motorway in 10 mins drive. Very good breakfast spread. Quite spacious restaurant. Safe parking both outside and underground. Extremely friendly staff.

In Dresden on Business and this is where I ended up for a week and it had everything you hope for.Good, quiet rooms, a nice bar and a marvelous breakfast. The location, slightly outside the city core is actually a plus.

We spent two nights here, on our first visit to Dresden. We took the tram from the train station, following the hotel's very clear directions. For seeing the sights, we took another tram, which was fast and convenient. We liked being a little outside of the hubbub of central Dresden. The Dresden Card, which covers most of the sights plus... The day before we arrived in Dresden we were emailed excellent directions from the hotel.  They explained, very clearly, how to get from the train station to the hotel using public transport.  A short train ride and then a tram which drops you off very near the hotel.  The check-in was smooth and we were assigned a room on the... The hotel is excellent value with well appointed ,spacious rooms. The room decor is modern and you have every thing you need in them. If you require a tea/coffee facility then just ask the reception and you are given it for your room. The hotel is 10 mins away from the centre of Dresden but the bus and tram services... More
