the hotel has a good location close to river/tram stop/old & new town.breakfast is good value & good buffet choices.bathroom is small but functional. rooms are just too hot & hotel badly needs air-con & pillows could be better support quality.11am check out is too early.

Good priced and well located you can't complain! The building is old style '60 but well renovated and fresh look. Staff is really friendly and hotel is superb clean! Breakfast buffet has everything you would need!

This is a good basic hotel in a great location. Located with views of the river, it is about 200 meters from the old town city center. Parking is located across the street in a public (unguarded) parking lot for 6 euros per day. Breakfast was excellent with large choice of items.

Great location, this hotel is very easy to access by tram from the railway station and is an easy 10 minute along the river to the Old City. Only 5 minute walk from all sights, right on the river bank with excellent views! Do not expect much from the hotel decor, but it is clean and efficient. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I have never seen so many guests at breakfast at the same time, but a good selection.

Good standard hotel, very friendly staff, good location close to all sightseeing!

+ Overlooks the beautiful city attractions and the river. We got a room in the 12th floor with the most beautiful view to the whole city and to the river. The room was big and comfortable. - too high internet proces, 8 euros an hour!!

Just returned from two nights at the Am Terrassenufer. It's all decorated for Christmas, and looking very festive indeed. The rooms are large, with a great view. Stayed here with a friend while on a motorcylce tour of Germany. We had a very enjoyable stay in the Am Terrassenufer Hotel. Hotel is in a great location close to the centre and beside the river.
