Room with old fashioned furniture and interior, had a quiet room to the inside, clean but small bath, nice breakfast for 5€, location top - only minutes walking distance to the center along the river Rhein

We spent the night here before taking the Rhine river cruise to Cologne. We walked to there from the train station and from there to the Guttenberg museum. I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning they had great bread.

I usually travel in Mainz for bussiness purposes but this time all hotels were overbooked. The service is awful, employees rude. Old and unattractive (just like me), Due tomy work I spend a lot of time in hotels from cheap cheap to expensive and I never take a room without complimentary WIFI as I work in evenings.
