First of all it looks like it's haunted..! We had booked 2 rooms. In the confirmation it said that the rooms need to paid upon arrival. Well when we came to this "hotel" the door was lock, eventhough the signn time is between 14-18, and we arrived 14.20. We tried to ring the doorbell and nothing, the hole time waiting... More

Stayed at the Volksgarten Hotel for four nights. I was moved to a different room each night because of bookings. (I must have done more travelling around the hotel than I did around Germany) The hotel is very basic but the rooms / showers etc are very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful but none of the staff... More
