The hotel is sited in the suburb area of Dusseldorf, good for the traffic jam but if you want to go to the downtown you just need to take a bus (just in front of the hotel; furthermore buses are running also during night so no problem at all to visit Dusseldorf night life. Rooms are large and clean even... More

We used the hotel for a business trip to attend an exhibition at Messe Dusseldorf. Due to last minute booking there was not a lot of choice and the location of this hotel is far from c onvenient for the exhibition centre or the city centre of Dusseldorf. In fairness this is not a fault of the hotel, just a... More

Myself and 21 other colleagues used the hotel while visiting a Trade fair. It really was ideal for our purpose. Rooms are kept clean, staff extremely helpful and friendly, great breakfast to start the day and an ideal location with rail links to the airport and trade fair. With just a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station I... More

My husband and I drove from Rotterdam and stayed the Easter weekend. We spent time in Neuss, Essen, Dusseldorf and Krefeld. Actually for these locations we should have stayed in Krefeld. Anyway, Acroa is nothing fancy but is everything basic you need from a hotel. Plenty of free parking spaces that belong to the hotel. Bed is okay. Breakfast is... More

We visited during the EuroShop 2008 when all hotels in the city were charging high rates. We got a 3 star hotel for a really expensive price with not much thrown in. The only really convenient thing about this hotel was that there was a small kitchennete in the room, so one could rustle up a meal after getting back... More

Easy to find with car. Free parking directly before hotel. Friendly and enthousiastic reception personnel. Big comfortable room. Self cooking possible in hotelroom. The price is big plus. Within 16 minutes by one and the same bus (almost at frontdoor hotel) in shopping centre Düsseldorf. No cab price € 18.- but € 4.40 for a couple. Next time hotel in... More

This hotel was quite basic but clean & worth the very low price we paid. Bed was comfortable & room was fairly large. Very small bar. The hotel is a long way from the centre of the city but close to a train station. Unfortunately the train wasn't running for most of our stay. Dusseldorf was a nice city to... More

My wife and I just left this hotel after a three night stay. Overall, it was a nice stay. Even though it's suposed to be a non-smoking hotel, they allow smoking in the bar area which is directly across from the reception area. In addition, you can smell the smoke in the hallways. The breakfast each morning was fine. A... More

Acora is truly a little gem for the price. The receptionists were very friendly and spoke excellent English. They recommended some restaurants in the area that proved to be very nice. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of fresh choices to suit different appetites. Rooms are fairly large and at least ours had a nice balcony. TV could have been a... More

Can only confirm the previous reviews. Everything about this hotel is first class. Room with small kitchenette and balcony was an unexpected bonus. Bit of a pain getting from the main railway station to the hotel as work was being carried out on the rail line. Best to get a taxi for about 16 euros to avoid any hassle. Bus... More
