We arrived by train and took a cab at 7 euros but realised how easy it was to use the tram and used this on departing. Checking experience was "officious" - quick and helpful but no smile - however when we walked into our allocated room it reeked of smoke even when we had requested non smoking. Back to reception... Very good central location within walking distance of Königsallé and the Rhein river. Very friendly, professional and helpful staff, good breakfast, modern and clean and quiet room, but too small to my liking, especially when classed as "twin bed for single occupancy". Two people in that room would not work with two suitcases.

The single room was way too small. Probably less than 7-8 sq.m. The cosmethics was not replenished daily. No body lotion. Had to be requested separately. The bottled water in my room was half full and they tried to charge it. The internet voucher sold at the reception more expensive than the one in the room (EUR 10 more) and... More

We returned to this hotel for a second visit to Dusseldorf and found it yet again to be excellent. Its very central, a short walk to Konigs Alle and on to the Altstadt (Old Town). Clean, Comfortable, Very nice breakfast, very friendly helpful staff. Very good value for money. Would be certain to use this hotel again.

I traveled to Dusseldorf for a quick meeting. I was very pleased with this hotel. I arrvied early and there was no issue to check into my room at about 11:30. The ability to be able to do this is a big plus. The front desk reception greeted me with a smile and looked up my NH loyalty number in... More

Hotel is only 10 minutes walk from main train station, We only used when going to Cologne. Hotel only 3 tram stops from centre on 715. And only 6 or 7 Euro in taxi. Hotel was very quite nobody in the bar. On arrival we were given an Upgrade simple cause we asked. Were in or room by 10.30 am... More

Been there for business for a week, room was very small and hot, room seemed clean but then the last day before living i accidentally looked below the bed and it was FULL of dust. As pointed out by other reviews WiFi is insanely expensive (11€ for one day). Service is also not that good i asked for a plug... More

The hotel is in the heart of Dusseldorf. Close to many fancy restaurants and public transport. And also, the old town - Altstadt - is in a few minutes walk distance. However, excluding free internet in the that much price was unacceptable for me. You can have internet only in the lobby for only 30 minutes with one login, which... More

Great hotel with friendly staff and good service. Close to the city centre and a ten minute walk to the train station. The room was modern and comfortable. The only problem is if you want to sleep! There is an aptly named nightclub ' Insomnia' nearby thats open until 6:00am. There were cars coming and going outside our window all... More
