Comfortable clean rooms in a centrally located area as the main shopping area and the old town were within walking distance. Did not have breakfast at the hotel a this wasn't included in the package so cannot comment on the standard of food.Amazed that internet access was payable!

While the hotel was somewhat dated, and we had a heck of a time getting the elevator to move, the overall experience was quite good. Taxis were readily available and we were a short distance to the olde town.

Been there a couple of time for business reason. Easy to access, good breakfast, clean room, nice interior. I mainly slept there because Dusseldorf has a lot of nice place to eat and spend the evening.

Checkin was fast and friendly. Was upgraded to Executive floor, but I believe rooms are all the same. Room was fairly spacious, except for the bathroom which was rather small. Ok hotel for a stay in the Dusseldorf area. Just of the highway from the airport. Quick and professional staff at reception. Hotel rooms are clean and functionable - but need new paining. Bar and restaurant ok Quick check out. Will recomend it if you just want a quiet place to sleep
