Okayish hotel in Düsseldorf with nice design however service staff is not always that friendly. I tried to get some ironing facilities and to get my shirts cleaned but the service staff was unfriendly and not helpful. Better try Nikko Hotel or the Intercontinental. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on breakfast and gym as I didnt use these facilities.

Quite well located in Dusseldorf, the check in was easy, rooms are spacious and modern, quite stylish. Food on the ground floor was ok, nothing really special, but good enough. I tried the spa and that was also pretty good overall. Ideal venue for a quick in and out of the city.

Good location: you just need to cross a beautiful park to get to the old town. Knowledgeable and helpful staff, good size room and bathroom. Good variety and choices for breakfast. You must pay to park in their garage, as well as for wi-fi in the room. I would recommend this place or stay here again if I ever return... More

We stayed for only one night in this hotel. The location is near the city centre, only a walk from all the busy streets. The overall impression was clean, trendy and comfortable. The modern bar is really one not to miss, just like the spa/wellness. I would stay again if we go to Dusseldorf.

I've stayed here now a number of times for business, and therefore experienced a few of the rooms. The reception area is a good size, and I have rarely had to wait to get served. The hotel overall was built fairly recently, and is therefore very modern and clean. All rooms have free wifi (not high speed - that costs... More

Stayed for 2 nights at the Melia in March. Had a Suite on the top floor ( great view of the city) My comment to the Melia is simple and short. I recommend it without any doubt. Both for business or leisure. It is confortable, nice staff, good breakfast. You will get what you pay for and will most likely... More

Located far enough from the downtown area that it's quiet but close enough to walk. Really comfortable rooms and larger than usual for the average European room. Nice staff although the restaurant staff could be a little friendlier although they still did a good job. The hotel was clean throughout. One of the better breakfast spreads I have found in... More

Beautiful hotel, great rooms, free internet. I found some of the staff a little disinterested and not overly helpful but others were great and made up for it. The restaurant was very pleasant and the food was good - service was a little average. Was not a busy night so waiting so long between drinks etc. was unexpected. Wait staff... More

For the first night i've stayed in junior suite and the the other 2 days in my premium corner room. İ can say that the premium was the better one. The corner rooms in the hotel must be bigger.. İ was so lucky on 9th floor. İ was here for the messe. The breakfast is good. You have a wide... More
