Very clean, helpful personel, very nice location, close to Central Station, shopping area, pubs, 24 hours reception, early breakfast, very good price especially if you book it in advance. Too bad we couldn't stay the second night because was fully booked because of Borusia Dortmund game. Perfect location for a city break.

This hotel has great location near main HBF in Dortmund and few minutes walk to the city center. Rooms are clean with tv, mini bar and safe. Bathroom is very good and has all you need. Employees are very pleasant and nice with good English (which is not an usual thing in Germany).

The hotel is just 5mins walk from Dortmund's main railway station and also 5mins walk from the shopping area of Dortmund (around Kampstrasse). My work was in Essen and I stayed in Dortmund and the hotel offers excellent access to the DB for travel to Essen as well as the international airport of Düsseldorf. The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful and made a wonderful arrangement for me for a business meeting. It was an excellent experience.
